Please do have a poke around the website to see a bit about why the CU exists and what kind of stuff we’re up to this year. The best place to make yourself known would be to Hall CU reps in the hall you’re going to (including Orbital if you’ll be out of hall). Any member of the exec would also love to answer any questions you might have.
You may also want to start thinking about churches; we run “Church Search” for the first few weeks to help you visit and find out about the local churches in Bristol.
If you want to sign up as a member of the CU you can email secretary@bristolcu.org.uk. All our events are open to everyone though, member or not!
What’s on for freshers??
- Come to our stand at ‘Fresh’(freshers’ fair) to sign up to the CU
- Free BBQ’s Near the Union and in Stoke Bishop
- Hall specific events going on throughout freshers’ week
- First main meeting of the year (Saturday 8th October 2011 – 7.30pm in the Anson Rooms in the student union)
