Hello!
We’re the Christian Union reps at Hiatt Baker for 2011/2012. We can’t wait until October when we’ll get to meet you and kick off another amazing year at Hiatt Baker. We meet every Wednesday for a bible study and to organise CU events in hall. Our aim as a group is to equip each other to go out and live as Jesus lived throughout our time at Bristol University. Whether you’ve been a Christian as long as you can remember or don’t know anything about God we’d love to see you in HBCU, everyone is welcome!
Below we’ve included a bit of info about each of us just to give you an idea who we are! If you have anything you’d like to ask us about Hiatt Baker, the Christian Union or just Bristol in general do feel free to call or drop one of us an email or a text, we’d love to hear from you.

Ben Firth
I’m from Tooting in South London, study French and German at Bristol and am absolutely loving it! I think Bristol is a fantastic city and living in Hiatt Baker has been so great that I’ll be living here another year – come and visit me in E121! I’m involved in the German society and love languages! In my spare time I enjoy playing guitar, hanging out with friends and occasionally playing tennis. I am so looking forward to HBCU next year, and can’t wait to meet you!

Camilla Paget
Hi, I’m from a tiny village called Little Bedwyn in the middle of no where! I’m a medic, but when I’m not attempting to study I spend most my time being with friends, eating and laughing. I also love sport and look forward to playing again after a long injury this year. Hiatt Baker is amazing and I can’t wait to hang out there with you guys.

Chris Kennedy
I’m from Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales (just outside the Brecon Beacons) and have absolutely loved being at Bristol and living in Hiatt Baker for the past year. I study Civil Engineering (definitely the best course in Bristol, although I am slightly biased)! Outside my studies I enjoy cycling (a lot), playing the piano, flute and guitar, more recently playing squash and a bit of badminton and of course spending time with my friends. I can’t wait to be involved in Hiatt Baker again next year and really look forward to meeting you in October!
